My Journey into the heart of Monument Valley
I'm just an old man with a camera who lives to photograph what I love. For the past two plus years, my eyes have been enraptured with the beauty of monument valley. I've made over 20 trips to this beautiful place and I get excited every time I go. I don't know how much money I have spent in taking the photos or how much time I have spent editing the photos and how much effort I put into printing my photos. It was simply a labor of love I don't think anyone can understand. Possibly another artist.

The Genesis of My Passion
My journey into the world of photography began with an inherent appreciation for beauty, a gift from my father, an architect. From painting to photography, my artistic path has been fueled by a desire to capture the essence of what I see as beautiful. About 25 years ago, photography became my chosen medium, a way to immortalize the transient beauty of landscapes and life.

A Quest for Unique Moments
Chasing the light and shadows through the seasons, I've learned to see Monument Valley in all its moods. From the soft blanket of winter snow to the dramatic summer thunderstorms, my aim has always been to capture its ever-changing beauty. This relentless pursuit has not only honed my photographic skills, but also cemented my love for this magnificent land.
Craftsmanship and Creativity
As a self-taught photographer, my approach is both experimental and meticulous. Raised by an architect father who was a perfectionist my competitive nature drives me to constantly push the boundaries of what can be achieved with a camera. From exploring different angles and lenses to mastering the art of editing, every photograph and print of my work is a testament to my dedication to this craft. I am constantly striving to improve as both a photographer and as a human being.
