At Chris Henry Fotographie, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality digital downloads and prints. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us, and we will do our best to make it right.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final. However, if you encounter any issues with your digital file, such as:

  • File corruption or inaccessibility
  • Incorrect file format
  • Significant discrepancy between the product description and the delivered file

Please notify us at chris@chrishenryfotographie.com within 30 days of purchase, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include providing a replacement file or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Prints

We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of our prints. If you are not satisfied with your print due to:

  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect print size or material
  • Color discrepancies that deviate significantly from the product description or preview

Please contact us at chris@chrishenryfotographie.com within 30 days of receiving your order. To assist with your claim, we may request photographic evidence of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on your preference.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Email chris@chrishenryfotographie.com with the following details:
    • Your name and contact information
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damaged prints or screenshots of digital file issues)
  2. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with the next steps.

Exceptions

  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Slight variations in color or appearance due to differences in screen calibration or printing processes are not considered defects.
